WE ARE EDGE EDUCATION

Ever since we began, our work has been shaped by one belief: student success is not accidental, it is designed.

For over 20 years, EDGE Education has worked alongside higher education institutions to design learning experiences that move students from enrolment to completion.

We combine educational expertise, learning design and technology to solve one of the most critical challenges in education: sustained engagement.

At EDGE, we specialise in designing, developing and delivering educational content that is constructively aligned. We partner with you to empower you as an educator to create an impactful learning experience for your learners. Evidence suggests that engagement with content is the route to learners’ success and, ultimately, the success of the institution. We enable this engagement by creating purposeful content that is delivered in a way that meets the needs of modern-day learners. Our purpose is achieved by ensuring that content is contextualised and interactive, and that it is delivered digitally with features that promote engagement.

WHY EDGE

Higher Education is under pressure to deliver more with less, faster.

At the same time, students are harder to engage, to retain and to carry through to completion. Most institutions are not lacking strategy, they are constrained by how learning is designed and delivered. It is easier to repeat familiar models but familiar models are not solving the engagement problem.

Engagement is not a “nice to have”, it’s fundamental in the student learning journey and the difference between dropout and completion.
